LJ-06P Polyether Defoamer

Polyether defoamers are a mixture of various polyether polyols belonging to different categories, obtained through a special processing procedure involving the reaction of different initiators with epoxides such as ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, and butylene oxide under the catalytic action of a catalyst. Due to their molecular structure, which simultaneously contains both hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups, they can disrupt the double-electron layer in foam, thereby exhibiting defoaming efficacy.

Depending on the characteristics of different industries, select different initiators and arrange the sequence of epoxides accordingly; if necessary, adjustments will be made based on their specific features.

Description

Corresponding graft modification is performed to meet industry requirements for defoaming and foam suppression performance. These products feature low volatility, strong chemical stability, resistance to acids and bases, and long-lasting foam suppression, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
