Performance and Applications:
ATMP exhibits excellent chelating, low-limit inhibition, and crystal lattice distortion effects. It can prevent the formation of scale from scaling salts in water, particularly the formation of calcium carbonate scale.
ATMP exhibits stable chemical properties in water and is not easily hydrolyzed. At higher concentrations in water, it demonstrates excellent corrosion inhibition performance.
ATMP is used in circulating cooling water systems at thermal power plants and refineries, as well as in oilfield reinjection water systems. It helps reduce corrosion and scaling in metal equipment and pipelines.
ATMP is used as a metal ion chelating agent in industries such as textile printing and dyeing, and can also be applied as a metal surface treatment agent.
The ATMP solid is a white granular substance that is readily soluble in water, highly hygroscopic, and easy to transport and use. It is particularly well-suited for regions with severe winter cold.

How to use:
ATMP is often formulated in combination with other organic phosphonates, polycarboxylic acids, or salts to create organic water treatment agents, which are used in circulating cooling water systems under various water quality conditions. The recommended dosage ranges from 1 to 20 mg/L; when used as a corrosion inhibitor, the dosage should be between 20 and 60 mg/L.
Packaging and Storage:
The ATMP liquid is packaged in plastic drums, with each drum containing either 25 kg or 250 kg, or according to the customer’s specific requirements. The solid form is packaged in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags, with each bag having a net weight of 25 kg, or as specified by the customer. Store in a cool, well-ventilated indoor area, protecting the product from moisture and direct sunlight. The shelf life is twelve months.
Security protection:
ATMP is acidic; during handling, pay attention to personal protective measures and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and other sensitive areas. If contact occurs, immediately rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
