Wastewater treatment chemicals remove pollutants through physical and chemical reactions. For example, coagulants (polyacrylamide, polyaluminum chloride) aggregate suspended particles to accelerate sedimentation; complex breakers decompose heavy metal complexes; decolorizing agents improve water color; and defoamers inhibit foam formation. These chemicals can specifically address challenges such as COD/BOD degradation, nitrogen and phosphorus removal, and heavy metal removal, making them suitable for municipal wastewater treatment plants, electroplating wastewater treatment, textile dyeing wastewater reuse, and leachate from landfills, among other difficult wastewater scenarios.
