LJ-220 Reverse Osmosis Membrane Scale Inhibitor

LJ-220 The reverse osmosis antiscalant product combines organic substances. Phosphine Acid salts and highly dispersible polymer polymers are used to prevent the deposition of inorganic scale. This formulation is particularly suitable for water with high concentrations of carbonate, sulfate oxides, and elevated levels of barium and strontium, which exhibit a severe tendency to form scale. It exhibits excellent dispersing effects on particles and suspended solids, boasts high scale-inhibiting performance, and does not coagulate with residual coagulants or compounds rich in aluminum or iron.  Using this scale inhibitor and dispersant can extend the cleaning cycle, prolong the membrane’s service life, and reduce operating costs.

Instructions for use

Dosage point: To achieve maximum efficacy, LJ-220 The antiscalant for reverse osmosis membranes should be added before the mixer or the security filter. When preparing the solution, ensure thorough mixing. 5-10 Minutes—regularly clean the dosing tank to prevent bacterial growth.

Dosage of chemicals: The required dosage of chemicals shall be determined based on the specific operating conditions of each unit. The appropriate dosage should be calculated according to factors such as influent salinity, temperature, recovery rate, and type of reverse osmosis membrane. The recommended dosage is: 2-5PPM

Please consult Prio’s technical engineers to determine the dosing points and dosing amounts based on your specific system conditions. In certain systems, specific dosing points and injection equipment are essential.

Dilution: LJ-220 The antiscalant for reverse osmosis membranes can be added directly or used after dilution; dilution must be performed using… R0 Produced water or desalinated water—recommended dilution multiples are: 10 Dilute by a factor; the dilution factor should not exceed. 20 Twice.
