Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor LJ-600 is primarily composed of special surfactants, high-efficiency dispersants, and corrosion inhibitors, and is suitable for systems using ordinary water as a cooling medium. It is a hybrid-type corrosion and scale inhibitor that primarily exerts its corrosion-inhibiting effect by suppressing metal polarization and its scale-inhibiting effect by complexing calcium and magnesium ions. The corrosion and scale inhibitor LJ-600 contains no toxic substances such as nitrites or chromates and is environmentally friendly. Under normal operating conditions, the corrosion rate of carbon steel in the presence of LJ-600 is significantly lower than the national standard. It also meets the required performance standards for corrosion inhibition in corrosive waters with chloride ion concentrations exceeding 300 mg/L and high calcium and magnesium content, and demonstrates excellent scale-inhibiting properties.
