Description

Carboxylate-Sulfonate-Acrylate Terpolymer

Structural formula:

Performance and Applications:

AA/AMPS/HPA A terpolymer is a novel polymeric polyelectrolyte scale inhibitor and dispersant containing sulfonate groups. Because its molecular chain simultaneously incorporates strong acid, weak acid, and nonionic functional groups, it is suitable for high-temperature and high-… pH Suitable for use under high-hardness and high-alkalinity conditions.

AA/AMPS/HPA It exhibits high calcium tolerance and demonstrates excellent inhibition against the deposition of calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, zinc scale, and iron oxide in water, while also possessing outstanding dispersing performance.

AA/AMPS/HPA It exhibits excellent compatibility with commonly used water treatment agents such as polyphosphates, zinc salts, and organic phosphonates. In particular, it can be effectively compounded with zinc salts at high dosages, achieving a high zinc stabilization rate and thereby enhancing the corrosion-inhibiting performance of the formulation against carbon steel. It has been widely applied in the treatment of complex water systems across various industries, including iron and steel, petrochemicals, power generation, and oilfields.

How to use:

AA/AMPS/HPA The terpolymer is used in cooling water at a dosage that varies depending on the specific water quality conditions; generally, the concentration used is: 10 ~ 30mg/L For other industries using dispersants, determine the dosage based on experimental tests.

Packaging and Storage:

AA/AMPS/HPA The terpolymer is packaged in plastic drums, one drum per unit. 25kg or 200kg or determined according to user requirements. Store in a cool, indoor location; shelf life is twelve months.

Security protection:

AA/AMPS/HPA The terpolymer is weakly acidic. During operation, pay attention to occupational safety and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and other sensitive areas. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
